By using this site, you agree to these terms along with our privacy policy and returns policy. Those pages have the actual policies we operate under.

What's shown can sell.

Watches shown on the catalog are described as accurately as we can on each listing, and any of them can sell at any time. If a watch you're interested in has already sold, we'll tell you.

Text us, no cart.

There's no cart on this site. Text us about a watch and we'll tell you where it stands: whether it's still available, what we can do on price, and anything the photos don't show. We'd rather talk to you before money moves.

We'll confirm payment details with you by text before anything is sent.

Sales are final except in one situation. See our returns policy for exactly what that means.

Offer, ship, get paid.

• 02We reply with a real offer within hours, no fee and no obligation to accept.
• 03Accept, and we send a fully insured overnight shipping label.
• 04Once your watch arrives and passes inspection, we pay within 24 hours by wire, e-check, or Zelle for smaller amounts.

Flat, transparent fees.

Consignment fees are 4% on watches valued over $10,000, with a $750 minimum, or a flat $500 under $10,000. That fee covers inspection, photography, writing the listing, running the auction, answering buyer questions, coordinating payment, and shipping the watch out when it sells. What a clean serial means.

A serial check runs your watch's serial number through the brand's own manufacturer database and returns the factory record and any stolen report. A clean serial only confirms the number was issued, it does not confirm that the watch in front of you is the one that serial belongs to. That's why we also recommend a physical inspection alongside any serial check. Serial check fees are non-refundable.

$50 flat, signed, remote.

MODA prepares a signed insurance appraisal for a flat $50 per watch, handled entirely remotely and delivered within hours. The certificate is valid for two years, per standard insurance practice. The appraisal fee is non-refundable.

MODA Watches is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rolex SA, Tudor, Audemars Piguet, or any other watch brand referenced on this website. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and used for identification purposes only.
