If you're nervous about selling a watch online, that's healthy. We've been doing this in public for close to a decade. Hundreds of thousands of members across our groups, millions of dollars in deals, all under the same name. We're not an anonymous marketplace account. Search us, ask around, read our history. Our reputation is worth more to us than any single watch.
The FedEx label we send is insured for the full amount we agreed on, and coverage starts the moment the box leaves your hands. If anything happens in transit, you get paid that exact amount.
Original box if you have it. Otherwise wrap the watch in bubble wrap, pack it snug in a small box so it can't shift, then put that box inside a bigger one with padding all around. Empty space is what causes damage in shipping, so when in doubt, over-pack. We'd rather cut through extra bubble wrap than open a damaged piece.
Text us and you'll usually have an offer the same day. Accept it and the label goes out immediately. FedEx overnight gets the watch to us the next morning, inspection takes a couple of hours, and the wire goes out within 24 hours of delivery. Most deals wrap in 2 to 3 days from first text to money in your account.
We call you first. If the watch arrives and the condition doesn't match what we discussed, you get photos and a phone call, and we talk it through. Either we land on a number that works for both of us, or we ship the watch back and cover the shipping ourselves.
