How shipping works.

Free, fully insured, overnight.

Shipping is free, we cover it. Your watch goes out fully insured overnight FedEx, double-boxed and signature required, and it stays insured for the full purchase price from the time it leaves our safe until it's in your hands. We carry that risk in transit, not you.

We ship purchases to US addresses only, not internationally.

Pack it tight. Double-box it.

Once you accept an offer, we send a fully insured, prepaid overnight FedEx label, so the only thing left on your side is to pack it tight and double-box it.

• 01Pack it tight in a small inner box with padding on every side, so nothing shifts when you give it a gentle shake.
• 02Double-box it. Put that inner box inside a larger outer box and fill the gap with bubble wrap or foam. The second box absorbs impact and hides what's inside.
• 03Seal it well, require a signature on delivery, and insure it for the full value. Keep the tracking number.
• 04Keep the label plain. Never write "Rolex," "watch," or any brand name on the outside of the box.
• 05Coverage on the label we send starts the moment the box leaves your hands, insured for the full amount we agreed on. If anything happens in transit, you get paid that exact amount. Once it arrives, inspection takes a couple of hours and you're paid within 24 hours, by wire, e-check, or Zelle for smaller amounts.
• 06We agree on an offer with you before anything ships, so your watch never leaves your hands until you've accepted a price.

If you're selling from outside the US, we can still buy your watch if you take care of the shipping to us, the same as our auction consignors do.

One drop-off. We handle the rest.

We send you a prepaid FedEx label. Pack it up and drop it at any FedEx Ship Center. International sellers cover the label themselves.

When the watch sells, outbound shipping to the buyer is on us, folded into our consignment fee. If a buyer's watch doesn't match the condition we described in the listing, we take it back and settle it with the buyer out of our fee, not yours.

Nothing to ship.

Serial checks run from the brand, model and serial number you submit through the form, with results back by SMS in 24 to 48 hours. You don't ship anything either way.

We handle appraisals remotely too. You fill out the form with your watch's details, and we prepare the signed certificate from that. The watch never leaves your wrist.
