What we collect, and why.
MODA runs several forms, a review page, a seller intake step, and a couple of analytics tools. Below is what each one collects, and why.

Every form on the site.

How we track site usage.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see traffic to the site in aggregate. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which uses cookies and records how people use the site, including clicks, scrolling and session replays. See Microsoft's own privacy statement for how Clarity handles that data.
The tools we use to run the site.
- 01Sell, serial check, appraisal and auction forms are processed through Formspree.
- 02Appraisal payments are processed through Square.
- 03Seller intake, including the payment details we need to pay you, is handled by MODA's own backend system.
- 04Photos you upload are stored through our hosting provider's file storage.
- 05Newsletter signups are processed through Mailchimp.
MODA Watches is operated by SNJ Mode LLC. We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the processors listed above, the tools we use to actually run the site and get your deal done.
Retention.
We keep information only as long as we need it: to finish the deal in front of us, to keep our own business records, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Once none of that applies anymore, we delete it.
Access and deletion.
Email watches@modaclubs.com to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it.
Every newsletter email from Mailchimp includes an unsubscribe link.
Not for kids.
This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes.
If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
