Sales are final. The price reflects the condition we've described, and we go through that in detail on every listing so you know what you're getting. The exception is a watch that turns out to be materially other than represented, meaning non-original parts we missed, a stolen report, or a warranty card that doesn't hold up. That's our problem to fix, not yours, and we make it right.

If the condition doesn't match.
We call you first. If your watch arrives and the condition doesn't match what we discussed, you get photos and a phone call, and we talk it through. Either we land on a number that works for both of us, or we ship the watch back and cover the shipping ourselves.
We agree on an offer with you before your watch ever ships, so there's no situation where you decline our number after it's already on its way to us.
What buyers are protected against.
Returns on an auction sale come down to one question: does the watch match the condition we described in the listing? If it doesn't, meaning we missed a scratch, a polish, or a discrepancy in what's included, we take it back and settle it with the buyer out of our fee, not the consignor's. If the watch is as described, the sale stands. Buyers know that standard before they bid, and it protects both sides.

Service fees.
Serial check fees are non-refundable. A clean serial only confirms that number was issued by the brand, not that the watch in front of you is the one it belongs to, so we run the check and deliver the record either way.
The $50 appraisal fee is non-refundable.
